Meat of broilers is used most often for frying and for preparation of broth.
In a feeding trough at a chicken - only natural components: cereals, soy, vegetable oils, meat and bone meal, fish meal. This mix, protein-rich and vitamins, provides rapid growth and good weight of a bird without use of hormones of growth, and broiler meat is saturated with useful substances at this time. The product has such feature: useful substances are late in muscles and fabrics. That is why quality of meat directly depends on quality of food of a bird. Before getting to shops, meat of broilers passes through shop of processing. Here everything does the modern equipment: carefully plucks a bird that on carcasses did not remain a plumelet, washes, undresses. Sterile conditions on production help to prolong period of storage of meat, to avoid use of chemicals, artificial preservatives.
