They are established in places of a branching of air ducts or on trunk mains. Alignments of aerodynamic resistance intend generally for regulation of a consumption of air in system also.



The product consists of a cloth, sector of management and a branch pipe. On a throttle valve, to be exact on its knot of management, the shovel which can be turned by means of the handle is established (it is located on outer side of the valve). Regulation of a stream is carried out by means of change of an angle of rotation of a shovel which blocks valve section under the required corner. The handle located from the outer side of the valve operates a shovel. Position of a shovel is fixed by a nut lamb, the angle of rotation is established by means of the graduated scale.

Insert is a type of a shaped detail which is necessary for installation in an air duct wall. There are 3 types of inserts: Insert a ventilating straight line ― is applied to a rectangular air duct when it is necessary to build in an air duct of round section in an air duct of rectangular section. Insert ventilating round ― is applied to a round air duct on purpose accession of an air duct of round section to a similar air duct. Insert ventilating angular for a round air duct.

Shiber ventilating round section



Shiber of round section for trim of a branch of an air duct from the general system of ventilation.

Shiber is a locking control device which is used in systems of ventilation. It consists of the directing panel and a steel cloth. If the shiber has the small sizes, the cloth moves in a pocket if its sizes are big, the leaf moves towards corners. Only dimensions of the regulating shiber depend on the sizes of an air duct. Work in the mode otkr./zakr. If the shiber has the big sizes and not completely to open him, then additional noise will be created. 45 degrees to the blocked highway are made at an angle if are used in systems of aspiration.



The main function of a shiber is regulation of an air stream in air ducts which are made of galvanized steel. The round shiber is issued with nippelny connection.



For production of a shiber thin-sheet galvanized steel which has thickness from 0,55 to 1 mm is used. Thickness of a steel sheet fluctuates depending on diameter and the section of a detail. On the design the shiber looks as a metal pocket.
